The Catch is a 256 page cookbook full of seafood inspired recipes published by Clarkson/Potter a division of Random House. It is the brainchild of my dear friend and Cooking Channel star, Ben Sargent of Hook, Line and Dinner. After a decade of working together on everything from restaurant menus to tshirt labels to coffee brands I finally had the opportunity to work with Ben on a cookbook. Each chapter is a different type of seafood that begins with a brief story from Ben about fishing for this animal. The stories are nearly as wonderful as the recipes too. I hand painted all recipe names, created all texture and assets, and then laid out all 256 pages using the beautiful photography of Gabriela Herman. Read Less
