The SA Innovation Summit (SAIS) hosted its first conference in 2008 and has been growing steadily ever since. The 5th SA Innovation Summit 2012 brought together leaders, entrepreneurs and innovators from around the world. K&i branded the years event under the theme ‘Leading Innovation – Africa's Competitive Edge’, using a handmade creative approach. The branding included various touchpoints such as website, newsletters, posters, banners, documents, invitations, and the conference handbook. K&i also branded The Innovation Summit Lab, a new space hosted by Jan van Mol where ideas, inventions and entrepreneurs showcased their concepts. The Innovation Summit Lab logo was created using over 600 pieces of Lego. The 2012 event had a 40% increase with an overall of 600 delegates and a public footfall over 1500 attending the Summit during the 3 day event. The 5th SA Innovation Summit branding has since been awarded with Behance Typography Served, and featured by Design Indaba, Creative Review, Coroflot, VISI Magazine and Status Magazine. Read Less

DESCRIPTION
The SA Innovation Summit (SAIS) hosted its first conference in 2008 and has been growing steadily ever since. The 5th SA Innovation Summit 2012 brought together leaders, entrepreneurs and innovators from around the world.
 
K&i branded the years event under the theme ‘Leading Innovation – Africa's Competitive Edge’, using a handmade creative approach. The branding included various touchpoints such as website, newsletters, posters, banners, documents, invitations, and the conference handbook.
