This project aimed to build a plugin, for online taxi booking. The end result, is a plugin that combines ease of use, speed, and all of the cool features that have an online store, such as for example the alternative payment methods, product customization, and more.
The plugin, is able to calculate the cost of the route selected by the customer, through a set of characteristics that determine the final value. Some of the features that the plugin is able to achive, is the computation of the cost in case of return the client to the starting point, the cost of various services, compensation for very short trips, and more.
Also, the plugin is able to be customized for almost any feature. Some of the features that can be configured is the currency, the prices format, payment methods (PayPal Express, Bank transfer and cash to the driver), the Google maps etc.

In this page, the clients can build the route and get information about the distance and the time duration. Also is posible to enter intermidiate destinations and re-order them with simple drag and drop.
This page contains the available cars for the selected location, as well, extra services and the cost special destinations.
Each car, can contain unlimited pictures. This picture showing, how the picture preview works.
This is the cart, containing the selected route and the selected services. From this page the client is able to choose the payment method and change the quantities for products that allowing the quantity adjustment.
Finaly, before the client complete the checkout, can review his/her order.
In the back end, the administrators can visit the TaxiBooking Dashboard to take a fast look of the orders status.

This plugin, is based on Shortcodes. That means, that the cart is stored in a page inside the WordPress pages, the car selection is a page inside the WordPress pages.
