To the table campaign, aims to inform consumers about food security. It presents three main factors about the issue: the nutritional value; what’s inside of it, food distribution; availability vs demand, and waste; how we manage the resources we call for.
In order to offer a wide variety of food our agricultural practices have changed, the soil and the farmers are economically and environmentally dependent to genetically modified organisms in order to meet the demands of our population. But do we really need as much?
