TIKAR SEMBARANG
A visual adaptation of the prayer mat, "Tikar Sembahyang", Tikar Sembarang is a visual mockery of Singapore's modern malay succumbing to Westernization and the continuous self-degradation of the malay culture.
This artwork was showcased at an exhibition (curated by Rcgntn), "What is Our Culture?" on 6th August 2011.,
