• In January I was commissioned to come up with a print which was to be given to someone as a birthday present. The only requirement was that it was to incorporate some or all of the text from Baz Luhrmann's "Sunscreen"  song (also known as an article written by Mary Schmich in the Chicago Tribune back in 1997)

I picked a few of the quotes from the song and narrowed them down before deciding to use this one

"Don't worry about the future. Or worry, but know that worrying is as effective as trying to solve an algebra equation by chewing bubble gum."

I enjoy the chalkboard lettering works posted online by several different designers and while this was done digitally for the client, I'd be interested to see how it'd look hand painted onto board.
