The Summerlin master-planned community under development by The Howard Hughes Corporation was the fastest growing master-plan community in United States for 10 years in a row. This campaign which debuted in 2003 focused on what home is to the individual. A message that resonated with like minded individuals. The campaign gave residents their own fifteen minutes of fame in the form of weekly full page colour newspaper ads and billboards.
