14th Street Uptown Business Association (14UBA) is a non-profit organization for independent small business owners and residents in Upper Northwest, Washington, DC. The organization was recently awarded an Arts Place Grant by the Mayor's Office of Planning. They called me in to consult on how to make their annual summer festival "cool" and attractive to the younger generation of professionals that now populate NW DC. I developed the tag line "right in your backyard and sustainably relevant" to represent the overall theme of the festival. Aside from creative consultation, 14 UBA also requested logo development. I brainstormed a few designs with varying detail. The designs were functional and meant for banner, table ad, stickers, and signs. Read Less
