Our latest project for Strongbow's 'Earn It' campaign is for their newest concoction: Dark Fruit, for "men who get the job done". What started life as a print campaign, quickly developed into a full production piece with the London agency St. Luke's. Having worked on previous Strongbow campaigns, St. Luke's asked us to collaborate on the initial pitching stages, taking their mock up visuals for the poster campaign and developing the concept further for the client. Strongbow loved the visuals so much that they skipped the initial testing phase and went straight into production, which reduced budget and time to market. Creating the image entirely in CGI, we used a procedural system to grow the vines and thorns giving great control over how they intertwined and held the bottles. In the later stages of production, we developed an animation concept. St. Luke's built this into their marketing strategy and took it to the client who approved a campaign utilising the animation across nationwide digital posters as well as online. Read Less
