A > Direct Mailer.
 
The direct mailer will be sent to new homeowners: An A1 poster that comes in a mini moving box.
The poster folds out to reveal all the items people can't let go of.
As you unfold the poster, more and more items are revealed, illustrating that it really does all add up.

B > Newspaper Print Ad.
 
A long copy ad placed next to the property section of the newspaper. 
At first glance, you only read the name of said item.
On closer inspection, you see the context of each item, the story behind it.

C > Gumtree Banner Ad.
 
A banner ad will be placed on Gumtree. As you scroll, you see images of all the items that add up. This is tactical in that Gumtree is the place people go to buy new stuff.
