Print campaign to promote an online property portal by The Star
Published: is the online version of The Star property classifieds with more features, such as user-generated reviews of specific areas, comprehensive property listing, detailed maps by Google, market trends and area-specific news coverage from The Star's own archives. As the most attractive aspect of the portal is the user-generated content, we decided to use social network styled dialogue boxes to communicate each USP.
Crowd-sourced content - Feedback, reviews and tips by residents of the target location. Hence a natural setting where residents are going about their daily lives.
Comprehensive property listing - Sorted and categorised by area, a visual containing a variety of developments were used to showcase the extensiveness of the service.
Market Trends - provides users with the most recent market analysis which in turn allows them to make informed decisions. The idea is brought to life by a view of a fast-paced metropolitan area.
Neighbourhood news - All the latest news reports compiled from The Star Metro at the user's fingertips, sorted by location and date. Represented by a group of residents who are happy because they are constantly in touch with the latest.
