In 2002, Spyder shopped for marketing firms because they had achieved 99% market penetration and had hit a sales wall. The challenge was to help them overcome this hurdle and achieve growth on large scale.
Tractorbeam expanded Spyder’s distribution channels by taking their products to mass retail. We designed and launched a national ad campaign, photographed in New York and San Francisco. The campaign extended to television, print, outdoor, and trade show. Spyder’s sales grew from $25M to $86M in three years.
