Reinvented every year, Spring Dance is a celebration of the world’s most talented contemporary choreographers and dancers. The niche market appeal and programming allowed for the creative to have an illustrative, raw, low-fi aesthetic. The constructed hero carried this aesthetic, created by morphing two key dancers of the festival. Juxtaposing a gritty, bare skinned dancer with the elegance and softness of the feather tutu, illustrated the depth, movement and a darkness to the festival. Read Less
