The project is the design (up to the metaproject step) of a hotel, using a historical building in the center of Milan, Via Larga 12 (now municipal head offices). Analyzing the Hotel panorama in Milan, the competitor in the area and the hotel request in town through interviews I have conducted on-site, I decided to design a three star hotel for a young target, age 18 to 35. My target clients are those who appreciate the Department Stores Bershka, loved by young people in the casual segment. My Project concept has many characteristics of the Bershka store. Unidirectional, unusual and unconventional: these are the three main characteristics, in which the client will recognize himself, searching for other customers that share “his kind” of being.
