Product Brief:
Paraskevas Sotiralis with his family, is the producer of excellent products of beekeeping and olive oil, for more than 20 years. The subject of this video is his Organic olive oil, which is extracted exclusively from the famous variety of "Athinolia." olive trees.
This product has received all the necessary certifications and is succesfully exported to many foreign countries.
This small family business from Messochori Vion Laconia, is a further proof that "when there's will there's way", despite the adversity that has caused the Greek Crisis.
My part, was to shoot videos that would capture the whole process and at the same time promote the surroundin area (Voiai, Laconia
Production:
I started filming in October and finished in February (where the stanardisation and packing took place). The most difficult part, was shooting Paraskevas himself, because I had to give him directions, adjust camera settings and monitor audio recording at the same time. It can be done by one person after all
Video and audio capture as well as editing and colour correction was done by me. Hope you find it interesting
