I would like to share my thought that lingers around my mind from the recent annual day event i attended in a school. I had never felt mobiles had an ill-effect as most of my day is hung around it. But i was sooo astonished when i saw the impact of mobiles in students under 8th grade. During my school days, conversation between girls and boys was considered as the biggest blunder and serious punishments such as locking in classrooms, suspension from school, parents were told to ask excuse to correspondent. Even now such restrictions are being posed on the students, which turn them to use their one day freedom to the maximum extent. Recently, i went with my friend to school annual day event. No one from outside other than school students and their families were allowed. Surprisingly i noticed students from outside managed to enter the school and most of them had mobile phones and exchanging numbers with girls throughout the event.Rather than talking to a known person, conversation had turned to be with persons like friends' friend and network continues… :O Conversation were mostly to come to a spot to meet, talk and getting to know each other in few seconds they Exchange number for a chatting. Today a lot of restrictions were imposed on students from studies to their own social life by their parents, teachers some times, even friends. i feel everything goes well until someone monitor them in restricting to converse with opposite sex or usage of mobiles.etc., But when a small freedom is given they utilise it to fullest extent to break those. So confused whether these restrictions have turned out to be a boon or ban in their lives… Read Less
