A series of plates designed for weight loss. One of America's greatest epidemics is obesity. Lack of exercise and overeating is the main cause of it. The key factor that can alter this issue is watching your portions. These serving plates are designed as loose guidelines to go by based on how much of each food group one should be consuming at a daily basis. Half your plate should be vegetables, a quarter of it should be protein and a quarter should be whole grains. Using serving plates instead of eating food directly from the plate promotes in slower eating. When a person eats slower, they feel full quicker which prevents the consumer from overeating. Read Less
