Silvia Nayla and her business partner Daniela Martins are passionate ambassadors for contemporary Brazilian design. The two friends, both born in Brazil, opened their Notting Hill shop in 2007 after spotting a UK niche.
They approached New England to create a distinctive brand identity for them that fused an organic and expressive Brazilian design aesthetic with a cool, sophisticated Westbourne Grove setting. We conducted extensive research that involved deepening our understanding of product lines; sustainability issues; Brazilian culture; the Notting Hill clientele and neighbourhood.
We presented a broad range of concepts before reaching consensus on a simple, elegant solution that we rolled out across the company website (www.silvianayla.com), printed literature and signage.
