• Shubox
  • Shubox is a new social media site, where  you can store and share all your favourite memories from different times in your life i.e. work, school, university etc. Many people have shoeboxes in their bedrooms, where they keep personal items such as photographs or letters, so I used this idea within my design. The idea of laces keeps in with the shoebox theme and is suggestive of paths/tracks, as in taking a 'walk down memory lane.' In addition to this, laces can be tied and knotted which perfectly describes keeping ties with friends.

Shubox has quirky qualities, including a finger print scanner instead of a password, to make the site more secure. Photographs, quotes, videos, music files etc can be stored within the Shubox and can be opted to be turned into a poster, scrap book or shoebox, which can be printed to keep forever. Also, it is a specified media page as not everyone can join i.e if you want to store university memories, you select your University details and what year you were in...Therefore only you and your classmates can access that specific media page.
