Christopher Webb is a cinematographer and technical director specializing in visual effects. Much of Chris's work incorporates in-camera techniques developed in his workshop. Chris works in studio and on location, shooting a wide variety of subjects.
His expertise includes in-camera effects, super slow-motion, tabletop, macro photography, stop motion animation, motion control, cinematography for compositing, and live action moving portraits.
Chris’s artistic ability is demonstrated by his work in diverse visual styles. For Showtime, Chris created unique in-camera sequences to complement the specific look and feel of Dexter, The Borgias, and Penny Dreadful. His product work for PUMA, Jack Daniel’s, and BMW captures the bold aesthetic of each brand, as do his iconic moving portraits for DHL, Reebok, and Jim Beam.
