I designed this book cover in my illustration class at Auburn University my junior year. The illustrations are a combination of cut paper flowers, water color tulips, torn paper, and photography. All of which (except for the torn paper) are my own and produced by hand. I enjoyed applying a hand done look to something produced digitally. I feel like the cover really hints at the story and at the voice of the young girl. (You should read it if you haven't already)
