The Rullion Group over the past 35 years had grown from a very small business with an annual turnover of £180k, to one of the largest and most successful recruitment companies in the UK with a turnover of £270m.
The brief to rebrand Rullion required an examination not only how the company would be perceived but how they could best communicate the key strengths and the key selling points of Rullion as a group. Through the group's five businesses there was a need to ensure that differentiation and confidence was achieved through the brand and communication pieces that were created.
The new strapline 'We place you first', empitomises the deep rooted integrity which has sustained such a successful business over volatile years.
The branding project required a full suite of marketing literature, to communicate on and offline, but additionally the Rullion Resource business had two high street shops that needed a full refit.
