The development of a customizable spot.
Royal Design
Development of on-air brand
Royal Design is an online shop featuring over thirty thousand designer products (high quality design and home furnishings for home and office, as their site says), and this was their first set of broadcast advertising campaigns — which boiled down to a spot that could feature many brands at once, showcase three pre-selected products, and be easily updated.

The result, of course: glossy cubes in a monochromatic space. The cubes serve as display cases and the clean space helps make colors stand out (the red Kitchen Aid blender, for instance). Logistically, the spot had to be built in such a way that it could combine both still images (secondary) and footage (featured) of products, with the latter having been shot to match the 3D scene and interchangeable.

Created for Scandvision/Hello Dave while at Frame (in Copenhagen), which included creative/art direction, concept and boards, design, animation, and post.

Motion clip will be added shortly — more production related notes here.
Background variations, depending on the product.
