  • Introducing Rivendell, phase one of a luxury residential retreat. The property is located along Jamaica’s undiscovered Southwest coast and is made up of seven ocean front parcels within the Parish of Westmoreland. The site provides direct access to the Caribbean Sea with private beaches and docks for swimming, kayaking, jet skiing, sailing and snorkeling. The area is surrounded by coral reef, making the water crystal clear with hues of blue and turquoise in all directions.  The mangos are always amazing and a favorite! At build-out, the property will consist of up to 20,000 square feet of living space (among three houses), two private beaches and docks, secured gated access, pools, jacuzzis, formal gardens, fruit tree groves, living space for on-site staff, helicopter landing space and tennis.
