• The Workout Reworked... Ritual is a new gym concept for a new breed of gym-goer: time starved, results-focused and seeking a deeper connection with their fitness regime.
  • A new city gym that would be the antidote to city gyms – pared down, unpretentious and tough as hell. Training sessions would be designed to work the body with maximum efficiency in just 20 minutes, leaving you time to cool down, get changed and grab a specially created nutrition shake on your way out - all in half an hour. 
    The aim was to attract those disaffected by the impersonal, inefficient “Big Gym” experience, by building something that they would actively want to be a part of – a new way of training and an environment where they would feel less a member and more part of a driven, close-knit support network.
