I was asked to create a logo for a new product that a friend of mine was developing to use and sell to athletes that were doing Crossfit workouts. I created the font by combining a series of rectangles that was inspired by the shape of the pads that fit over the athletes fingers. It also help to spark the idea for the fist-like icon that is used in the logo.
