It all started with a frame bent from an accident.  Most of the frame was unusable, so I designed the bent parts to be fabricated from birch wood LVL.  The frame is a bit heavy but a great show piece.  Formaldehyde free plywood was laminated into a 2.5 foot by 5 foot block for a CNC router.  Non-Toxic hand finishing and processing completed the project.
