A fictional poster for Kurosawa's film, Rashomon.

Rashomon Poster
 A film by Akira Kurosawa
Fictional film poster made during International Design Week for my poster workshop with Tomasz Walenta as a mentor for all the students. We had a week for creating a series of posters on three radically different subjects.

The concept behind my film poster is in relation with the story of the movie. Without revealing too much, all the suspects in the murder of a man tell their version of the story revealing each others' lies and personal agenda. The snake tongue tied in a knot is a metaphor for how their lies will bring forth the truth about them.
