As a graduate project at the Savannah College of Art & Design, The Shack Pack was developed as a viral social arena that serves as an introduction to the concept of RadioShack becoming know as The Shack. By positioning The Shack as the ultimate choice for replacing outdated/frustrating technology, users are prompted to enter the specific model of technology that they are currently using. From there, they are prompted to select one of three Satisfaction Specialist. Based on their input, they are able to watch as their Satisfaction Specialist maliciously solves their technology problems. Once satisfied, users are encouraged to enter their zip code and find a local RadioShack store where they can replace their destroyed technology and they are prompted to share their satisfaction videos through a variety of social platforms.
