The Assignment was to research a typographer, write a paper and design a poster. The poster is an ad for the event welcoming the typographer. My assigned typographer was Lucas de Groot a Dutch type designer famous for Thesis. The task was to create a poster based on an idea for his lecture that is inspired by his work. I fell inlove with a font named Jesus Loves you all, and I later learned that this font was born out of an obsession with his most succesful font Thesis. And so I named the event "Obsession turned inspiration".

Description:
In a time when people were still vulnerable after the second flood, we wanted Tawuniya to be supportive and sensitive to their situation. So we decided to go with a strong statement with no visuals.

Description:
This was the booth design requested by the client as they were one of the event sponsors. The client had three requests: share the company's accomplishments, include a testimonial from current employees and have a section for the applicants. The booth is curved, and the designs below had the orange line (time line) that was the constant in the design as time is. The concept was basically; we are the past (which includes Tawuniya's accomplishments), we are the present (quotes from the current employees) and you are the future (this section is where the candidate would give in his CV and then we would take a picture and place it on the line). So the students went through a journey when walking through the booth.

Description:
There were several stories created for this campaign, each using a product that solves the customer's problem. In this one the customer didn't want to leave his home for fear of being disconnected from the internet. Hearing his scream of horror while being dragged out of his home, the STC hero comes to the rescue and suggests the Quick net dongle.

Invision from STC were offering their new subscribers the chance to watch complete series before everyone else. In this direction the hero is also the spoiler and the invision customer who has seen everything already.

Description:
X Band premium is a bundle from STC that provides: land line, internet, IPTV and mobile internet. The offer targeted families. So we created a family that used each service based on their character. The father is talkative so he enjoys the free land line calls, the mother is up to date so she used broadband at home, the twins look alike but argue about everything except for IPTV, and their eldest son is always out so he uses mobile internet.
