This is a corner of Milan (Italy) which is near to the Sforzesco castle, it's Saturday afternoon on a beautiful September day.

 

The scene was done in 3DSMax + Mari + Photoshop + VRay
I made the characters with the "Populate" cowd generator of 3dsMax but I had to edit the textures on MARI, I got the cars from a library of LOW-RES models, then I retouched, UVmapped and texturized.
