Research into current pole dancing logos showed that the majority of them focus on the sexy, stripper booty aspect of pole dancing. So what my client and I envisioned was a logo that focuses on the fitness aspect of the sport, whilst keeping a feminine look and feel to the logo .
The idea of abstract shapes to form figures emphasises not only steers the mind away from the sexy stripper pole dancing and to the more elegant and fitness element of the sport. Using curves and ticks in symbols creates the idea of flexibility strength and athletisism .
