A series of experiments using Redoute's roses as illustration base. Using color, superprosition and effects to activate a more contemporary feel to his classical illustrations. Animating the interlace and interchange between the roses and the exterior elements I create a brand identity with a strong perception of sensuality and sexuality that I used to brand my inspirations blog "After the Circle".
Adding new elements to the composition, as skulls and the moon i create new more complex illustrations that you can find in the final and download the ipad wallpaper.
