About

This is an ongoing project where I'm going to put images from my travels.

A bike in a very poor rural community in northern Tanzania. There was something about the tree, the sky and the lone bike that set a tranquil, beautiful scene here.
On the summit of Melderskin, near the mouth of the Hardanger fjord in western Norway. This landscape has been shaped by glaciers, and many of the mountains are just heaps of rock, crushed and polished by the ice. The snowy part in the background is part of the Folgefonna glacier, where you can go skiing even in high summer.
Sunrise in the High Arctic, taken from an icebreaker near Svalbard. The colors are real, believe it or not. The smoke is due to the very low temperatures, around minus 20 degrees Celsius at the time. What an amazing place that was.
