Palais Royale Ballroom requested design for a brochure that they would distribute at wedding shows, advertising their venue space.

Palais Royale

In the 1930’s, the waterfront venue had made its mark on Toronto's nightlife. Restored in 2006,
it now entertains a number of different events such as weddings, social and corporate events for both sit down dinners and receptions for over 800+.
Since 2006, my work has including the rebranding of their corporate identity using the exisiting logo, to advertising for many social events hosted at the venue.

Front and back of the brochure.
Inside of the corporate brochure, with focus on advertising the venue space for weddings.
With the historical venue restored in 2006, Palais Royale requested a modern update of their corporate stationery, with the priority on maintaining uniformity with their existing art deco style logo and colours. The elegant sans serif font and logo were utilized to achieve a contemporary design.
Used as a postcard or within an envelope. Consistent with the letterhead and envelope design, the wide horizontal shape echoes the venue's exterior and elegance that is also prominent in the mail.

Accompanying a holiday treat, the card was sent to previous and potential clients as an invitation to host their holiday event at the historic Palais Royale.
The promotional card was designed to advertise both the dinner & dance aspects of the Wednesday night events in the summer months.
The 5x7” size allows for all of the required event information yet also small enough to be easily distributed and displayed at the venue.
