How to create a small independent bicycle brand for bicycle connoisseurs without being too commercial or too deliberately underground?

The name; Copenhagen Parts is based on the company´s straight forward approach to design and the products – it is what it is: Copenhagen Parts is made in Copenhagen by Copenhagener´s who loves their city and the bike-culture incorporated in the identity of Copenhagen as a brand.
The identity is clean, quirky and red!

The logo references the way people find different parts and put them together to build their perfect bike, graphically done in a way that is unusual and non-commercial – as we are in fact “de-constructing” the name. This, however, catches the eye and makes a memorable logo.
The simplicity and straight forward approach is also incorporated in the identity of the website. What you see is what you get.

The brand’s first product is the Bike Porter, part handlebar part basket. The Bike Porter is now on the marked and being sold in more than 30 countries worldwide. Go to www.copenhagenparts.com and see more.
