PACKAGING FOR LIMITED EDITION COUGAR BOOTS
This packaging was designed for the Limited Edition Cougar Pillow Boot – a redesign of a coveted Canadian icon of the 80's. Only 900 pairs were made so we wanted to make the packaging feel special. It included a box with a gold foil logo and printed red ribbon. Inside is gold gingham tissue and an embossed gold envelope with a certificate of authenticity. The tag on the boots was designed with a natural embossed outer tag, shiny red plaid second tag and a white and gold inner tag all tied together with a red string and gold stopper. The last part of the package was a small accordion look book with lifestyle photography that was shot in Montreal with Javier Lovera. This photography was also featured on the website, POS and video.
