More than 60 years after its disappearance, street food has reappeared this summer in Montreal. More than twenty food trucks can be seen through the streets of the city center to meet the food lovers! Caserne had the opportunity to realize the full brand identity of P-A & Gargantua food truck. According to the famous legend, Gargantua, a gluttonous giant, had an immeasurable appetite! The chefs are cooking one of the favourite comfort foods: the grilled cheese, using only fresh and local products. They offer original and revisited grilled cheese, to the delight of their customers. More than 60 years after its disappearance, street food has reappeared this summer in Montreal. More than twenty food trucks can be seen through the streets of the city center to meet the food lovers! Caserne had the opportunity to realize the full brand identity of P-A & Gargantua food truck. According to the famous legend, Gargantua, a gluttonous giant, had an immeasurable appetite! The chefs are cooking one of the favourite comfort foods: the grilled cheese, using only fresh and local products. They offer original and revisited grilled cheese, to the delight of their customers.
 
Plus de 60 ans après sa disparition, la cuisine de rue est ressuscitée cet été à Montréal. Plus d'une vingtaine de camions sillonnent les rues du centre-ville afin de satisfaire les gourmands! Caserne a eu la chance de réaliser l'identité complète du food truck P-A & Gargantua. Selon la célèbre légende, Gargantua, un glouton géant, avait un appétit incommensurable! Les chefs du camion cuisinent un comfort food de prédilection: le grilled cheese, utilisant uniquement des produits frais et locaux. Ils offrent des grilled cheese originaux et revisités, au grand bonheur de leurs clients.
