  • Perfectionism is defined as a personal standard, attitude or philosophy that demands perfection and rejects anything less. Perfectionists tend to set unrealistically demanding goals, and regard failure to achieve them as unacceptable and a sign of personal worthlessness.

    Are there signs and symptoms of perfectionism? How does it keep us from moving forward? Can it be overcome?
