Oaxaca Craft is a business based out of Oaxaca, Mexico a small town specializing in the hand crafting of beautiful woven, naturally dyed rugs. The client wanted a rugged yet smart design to display more information and pictures of the Oaxacan rugs. The colors used throughout the website and branding were inspired by the rich earth toned natural dyes used in all the rug designs .
The photography and story are both largely based on the wonderful villagers of Oaxaca, Mexico. This artisan craft has been passed down generation to generation for thousands of years. The craft is perfected and most every person in the village participates in helping to create these wonderful pieces. The structure of the website is simple and allows for the product and pictures to shine.
