The idea of the festival is a tour of Japanese cinema through a selection of five directors who made history in the film world. The main axis is the projection of films of different genres (social, yakuza and samurai). Contrasts between violence and poetry, silences, gaps and pauses, taking the principles of Yasujiro Ozu films.
