The concept started out with floral shaped logo with banners extending from both sides and typography needed to appear masculine to put emphasis on the name I choose for the chocolate brand. I knew from the beginning wanted to have a repetitive shape I can use as a patterns throughout my design and after experimenting with different ways of laying out the floral shape I soon had a few patterns to work from. The design still needed a lot of information and with the pattern having a slight busy appearance I needed to find a good balance between text and shapes to really speak the concept. The final colours I decided on was off pastel shades of a pinkish peach, yellow, and green. I felt that these colours complimented the timepiece idea I came to use in the beginning of my research, they felt like they have been there for a while and aged a bit. Read Less
