A brief asking to produce an ‘iconic image’ and store promotion for the new Nike Free 3.0 shoe. My concept plays on the ideas of ‘ultimate freedom’ through the use of nudity. What started out as a cheeky idea to make a change from shots of people running eventually turned into shots of muscle contraction and bending joints to reflect the movement in the shoes. The promotion takes the form of projections on the front of Niketown and around popular jogging routes, showing the various naked images and demonstrating that even the promotion has freedom from the walls.
