For a while me and my Lou the copywriter were head beeee-atches on the nescafe pick-me-ups loyalty scheme.
We wrote and designed their magazine, did all the editorial, came up with competitions, read all the fan mail and received various gifts made by members out of coffee jar lids.
Highlights of the postbag of delights we received were the shell encrusted jewellery box, the picture of the 2 ladies on the top of the rock of Gibraltor with their free tote bag and the letter from the woman who’s dad had passed away happily at home with a cup of Nescafe by his side, contented.
It was one of the most successful CRM programmes in the UK.
