Sub Rosa was engaged by Nike Sportswear to undertake an exhaustive study of their retail strategy. The R&D assignment led Sub Rosa to interviews with key stakeholders within the brand as well as conversations with key customer groups. The resultant output of this assignment was a plan to redevelop key flagship locations – incorporating highly modular design systems, technical hardware/software integrations, and enhancements to the overall shopping experience.
