As part of the first steps of integrating digital experiences in Mercedes-Benz dealerships, the Visualizer offers the ability for users to explore the world of Mercedes-Benz and its offerings. Sales advisors use the kiosk as a point of conversation where they walk through every detail of their customers' dream vehicle. Additionally, it helps the customer visualize their specifications in case their vehicle is not on-site. Secondarily, if they come in contact with a customer who is comparing between Mercedes-Benz and its competitors, the "Uniquely Mercedes-Benz" section helps the sales advisor explain what makes Mercedes-Benz the right choice. The Mercedes-Benz Visualizer was our department's first foray into kiosk design and development. While this was new territory, our team was able to bring provide an engaging platform for sales advisors to demonstrate the best of what Mercedes-Benz has to offer.
