Here's a proposition project done for a boutique goat's milk cheese company. The project entailed the creation of a logo, practical packaging for three different cheese types and interesting marketing material, that would appeal to an high income Afrikaans niche group and differentiate the brand from competition concerning the target market.

Unique Selling Proposition: Mera Goat's Milk Cheese offers better calculated flavour. Promise. ("Mera melkbokkaas bied beter berekende geur. Belowe"). The company is a small scale and meticulous goat's farm, hence, the USP. The farmer knows the exact amount of goats on his farm and the exact amount of ingredients that goes into each block of cheese.

The design says the same thing: handmade, personal and uses specific facts concerning the making of the cheese to support the single minded message. Every cheese was connected to a goat; using the description of the cheese taste to characterize a specific goat.
The packaging for cheve cheese: a box (left bellow), wrapper (right) and sticker (left bellow).

Display mat's with a description of the cheese type/ goat's character. Cheve cheese: The softie.  Gouda: The lady. Chedder: The cheek

A proposed magazine ad. The envelope opens up to create a brochure which can be torn out of the magazine page. The right magazine was the ideal advertising space to reach a high income Afrikaans market.
