Foodie Dinner, The Briar Club
As the Director of Communications & Marketing at The Briar Club, creating custom bespoke menus for special events was a frequent request. This event, the Foodie Dinner, was a revitalization of an old Club tradition for a new generation of Club members. With the goal of marrying modern style with the warmth and familiarity of tradition in mind, I created this menu design that highlighted each of the five courses with an icon and text on a chic black background. The guests were impressed and excited for each course!
