Was chosen as the topic for the poster contest of the 5th European Poster Biennial for art and design schools.Made for Poster Design at Design of Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design, Budapest (MOME) The poster is based on the english translation of a famous, deep, and loved poem by a Portuguese author, Fernando Pessoa. Which depicts the ancestral relationship of Portuguese mothers and wives, with the sea, which deprived them of their men, evil, but it remains a masterpiece of God. Read Less

 »mare nostrum« (our sea) Was the chosen topic for the Poster Contest of the 5th European Poster Biennial for art and design schools.
Made for Poster Design class at Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design, Budapest [MOME]

This poster is based on the english translation of a famous portuguese poem, deep, and loved by the people, writen by one of the biggest Portuguese authors: Fernando Pessoa.
The poem was then translated to morse code.
The poem depicts the ancestral relationship of Portuguese mothers and wifes with the sea, which deprived them of their men...
"The see is evil, but it remains a masterpiece of God..."

The poster is divided in two parts, printed and acoustic.
