Mtv Bicentenary Project celebrates the 200 years of creation of 3 Latin American Countries (Argentina, Colombia, México)
Taking the continent's history and today's cultural differences we developed the "Blender Machine" concept. Through it we could build a strong concept to work with and allowed us to speak of Latin America in a modern way as an unfinished process in which differences always include not only collision and violence but also hope, celebration, intermixing and an unknown future. What we are going to be is not what we were, but what we want to become.
Sound Design was inspired by Sergeant Pepper's and Abbey Road Beatles Records mixing orchestral arrangements, traditional Latin America sounds and avant garde electroacoustic to get an epic/modern spirit.
